While we originally designed this pewter tray, with three Italian lead-free crystal inserts, as an elegant presentation for crudité, The crystal inserts are dishwasher safe on the lowest heat setting, the tray is not. Pewter Tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance.  Should you want to polish your pewter, almost any metal polish will do.
