Art Deco

Platinum, through and through! This stunning diamond brooch is set with a variety of old cut diamonds- old Rose cut and Old European cut. The approximate weight is 2.20ct. 

The brooch represents transition. It has influences typical of the Late Victorian period- leaf motifs, influences of Art Nouveau- curved sprays, all combined with the geometric shapes of Art Deco. The clasp closure indicates this is an early 20th century piece.
