What is The Gathered Table?
The Gathered Table is our exclusive 8-12 month subscription program that helps you create a stunning tablescape over time. Every 3–4 months, you’ll receive your carefully selected item(s) from the pattern or collection of your choice. This offers a creative and budget-friendly way to craft the tablescape of your dreams.
How Do I Get Started?
Step 1:
Fill Out The Form Below. Once we receive it, our Gathered Table Concierge will reach out to you to make your selection.
Step 2:
Make your selection in one of 3 ways:
- Visit Us In-Store: Come in and select your subscription pieces. Bring in any current china or anything that you want to match.
- FaceTime with an experienced team member. Get personalized virtual service from the comfort of your home.
- Browse Our Online Shop: Select items and contact us with your selections.
Step 3:
Payment & Delivery Timeline:
- You will be invoiced monthly. Depending on your subscription and selections, you will receive your pieces every 3 months. In month 8, your order will be 50% off and in month 12 your order will be free!

FAQs
Can I start anytime?
Yes, you can join any month of the year.
Which brands are included?
All brands currently available at Gaines Jewelers are included.
Is shipping included?
No, a shipping fee will be determined according to the weight and geographic location.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel at any time. However, any items, once ordered, are special-order items and they can not be canceled or returned. We do ask, as a courtesy, that you let us know the month prior to cancelling.
Will my subscription price remain the same throughout the year?
The subscription price will remain the same unless the manufacturer increases their MSRP (manufacturer standard retail pricing). Gaines Jewelers is required to follow manufacturer pricing guidelines. For example, if Herend raises their prices, your subscription price will adjust accordingly.
Will I be notified of any price increases or backorders?
Yes, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of any manufacturer price increases, backorders, or delays.
You will have the opportunity to purchase completed sets in advance at the current price—including the Month 8 and Month 12 perks—if there is an impending price increase.
Is sales tax included?
No, sales tax is not included. The sales tax will be added to the product each month, giving you the total of the product plus the applicable sales tax.
If there is a tariff surcharge, is that included?
No, the tariff surcharge would be noted and added to the total price each month for as long as the tariff surcharge lasts.
If I wanted to go ahead and buy it all at once would the discount and free month apply?
Yes, if you wanted to purchase all of the selections at once, purchase more than one month at a time, or finish early, that is permissible and the same perks will apply for the 8 or 12 month subscription.
What is included in the program?
The program is available for a wide range of products for your dining needs:
- Dinnerware: Plates, bowls, serving platters, and more.
- Drinkware: Glasses for water, wine, and other beverages.
- Flatware: Forks, knives, spoons, and serving utensils.
- Chargers: Decorative plates used under dinner plates to add style to the table.
